Paul Grohman

Paul has participated in many major projects, either as consultant, Realtor, site selector, partner, developer, and/or owner. Pauls strong background in city management has allowed him the knowledge of city operations enabling him to navigate through the channels of city government. Paul functions as a hands on owner. Paul enjoys site acquisition and evaluating new sites. Paul is a long time Pearland resident and served as Pearland’s City Manager (1992 – 1998).

Jay Atchley

Jay has been active in the development business for over a decade.  Currently Jay is involved in multiple Gromax projects along with his own office and retail properties.  Jay's field of expertise with Gromax is in site selection, working with sellers/land owners, agents, contractors, and builders to bring the project to completion. 
 

Alan Mueller

Alan is a very talented and well experienced Engineer.  Alan brings to Gromax over fifteen years of experience in city management with a emphasis in capital projects, land development, special districts, and financial analysis.  Although Alan is involved in all of our projects, his primary responsibility is managing our largest and most recent development the master planned Seven Oaks Ranch subdivision in Manvel, Texas.   

Kevin Cole

Kevin is a long time Pearland resident and has been actively involved in the community for many years. Kevin served on the City Council (1995-1998) and is again currently serving another term.  Kevin also served on the  Planing and Zoning Committee for the City of Pearland (1994–1995),as well as serving on the Infrastructure and Development committee. Kevin brings strong customer relationship skills to our team and an in depth knowledge of city governmental procedures, this knowledge is valuable in navigating the sometimes complex city government avenues.  Kevin helps Gromax with site selection, acquisition, and development planning.

Bob McConnell

Bob is a full time licensed Realtor employed with Gromax. He is actively involved in all facets of daily operations. With his strong financial and analysis background Bob is responsible for all finances for Gromax development. Bob is instrumental in developing Project, Financial, Service and Assessment Plans, as well as Executive Summaries. Bob is also a long time Pearland resident.

Gaylynn Naiser

Gaylynn has over 20 years sales experience as well as working with various nonprofit organizations.  Working with home builders, Accounting, and public relations are Gaylynn's primary responsibilities at Gromax.  Her dedication and willing attitude are a wonderful asset to the company.   

Cindy is a  licensed Realtor with and is responsible for the Gromax day to day activities. Cindy is administratively active in the companies daily activities. Creating and updating the Web site, site acquisition research, contracts, and lot takedowns and closings are her primary functions. Cindy is often the person you will speak with when inquiring about one of our properties. Cindy’s friendly customer service attitude and organizational skills are an asset to Gromax.

Beverly Bishop

Beverly friendly voice you hear when you phone our office.  Beverly runs our busy front office and can be found participating in a variety of responsibilities and duties. She also has the dedication and can do attitude that makes her a wonderful asset to the Gromax team.
