Barrow Ranch - Located in Beach City, Barrow Ranch consists of a total of 250 acres and yields 250 lots.  The lot sizes range from apporximately 80' x 120' to over 1 acre.  The builders in Barrow Ranch are Kebbell, Compass Pointe, and Choice. 

 

Creekside at Cotton Creek - Creekside is over 50 acres and offers 77 lots, in phase I.   These lots are typically 56' lots.  Currently Brighton Homes is our builder in Creekside.

 

Devinwood - Located in the City of Baytown this subdivision consists of 156 lots.  Phase I of Devinwood is sold out.  Phase II is selling quickly.  The lot sizes in Devinwood are 50'.  The builder in Devinwood is Brighton Homes.

 

Eagle Creek - This subdivision is in Mont Belvieu and is 68 acres with 150 lots.  Eagle Creek offers commercial frontage as well.  This large lot development features 90' lots and upward. The builders are Kebbell, Choice, and custom home builders. 

 

Lynnwood - Located in Baytown, Lynnwood is a 137 acre development whth Phase I having 83, 50' lots.  Compass Pointe is our builder of choice for Lynnwood.

 

The Cove at Cotton Creek - Consists of 55 acres and 86 residential lots with two commercial reserves.  These lots are 60',65',70' and up. Brighton, and Compass Pointe are our chosen builders for this subdivision.

 

Brazoria County:

 

Seven Oaks Ranch - Our largest and most exciting project.  Seven Oaks is located in the Manvel, Iowa Colony area and consists of over 2100 acres.  Seven Oaks will offer mixed residential, town center, and commercial uses with substantial open spaces.  The subdivision will consist of approximately 4000 lots offering a full range of lot sizes from typical subdivision lots up to 1/2 acre estate lots suitable for equestrian uses. 

 

Stonebridge - Located on the new Pearland Parkway, this subdivision is made up of 121 acres.  Section I totals 93 lots, and Section II totals 140 lots.  Lot sizes in Stonebridge are from 70' & 80' lots.  The builders in Stonebridge are Westin Homes, and Harwood Homes. 

 

 

Sunrise Creek - Sunrise is located on Highland Bayou in the City of Hitchcock, offering waterfront lots.  This subdivision totals 30 acres, with 120 lots.  The lot sizes are from 60' x 120' and up.  Brighton Homes will be building in Sunrise Creek.

 

The Township - This subdivision is located in League CIty Townsite, in the old historic district of town.  Township is 21 acres offering 77 lots.  Lot sizes begin at 55' and go up to 85'.  We have yet to select a builder for The Township.
