In consideration of marketability of combined City and MUD tax rates, development proposals provide for
flexibility to allow shifting of eligible improvements between TIRZ and MUD
Certain MUD-eligible improvements would also be eligible to be financed through TIRZ, but actual allocation
would be made as bonds are issued depending on conditions at a time
Eligible "MUD-shifted" items would be water, sewer, and drainage facilities that serve a master or regional
purpose
